User Registration and Payment
If you wish to save your user information and access your order history, you can opt to register on our website. However, the order can be made without registration. You will need to fill out all the information necessary for delivery.
The shipping cost can alter depending on which country your order is being delivered to. We deliver to countries within the EU. If you live outside of EU and wish to order our product, please get in touch at email@example.com.
All the payments are done via Paysera website. The payment options depend on your location. You could have an option to pay by credit/debit card, by logging in to your e-bank, by bank transfer, etc. If you don’t find an option that you can use or want to pay by direct transfer or via Paypal, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.
Shipping and Delivery
As soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. Delivery time also depends on the courier and we cannot be held responsible for the delays due to courier’s work.
Lithuania: 1-3 working days after the order is shipped
Europe: 3-8 working days after the order is shipped
Make sure that the delivery information provided is accurate, including your phone number and postal/zip code. In case of errors in your shipping information we cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery.
Please note that delivery times are provided as guidelines only, not taking into account eventual delays.
We use courier services to deliver the goods to the address that you provide. If you wish to receive the goods in any other way, such as to a postal office, please contact us at email@example.com.
We may offer free shipping with a certain purchase amount. This may differ by the country.
Returns and Exchanges
Cosmetics is the type of goods that cannot be returned under EU law if the product is not defective. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase after opening it (we hope not!), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to find a solution.
