During COVID-19 lockdown, our company continues to operate. Production is organized in shifts to protect our employees and we take all the necessary measures to ensure safe working environment. Our web shop continues to operate as usual and you can order SOLIDU products online. However, due to very high number of parcels being shipped throughout Europe, shipping companies informed us about possible delays in delivery. The parcel could take up to five days longer than usual to arrive. Please keep that in mind when placing your order. To ensure your safety, COD payments have been temporarily suspended. Please use an online payment method.
How do we ensure safe delivery
SOLIDU products are ALWAYS produced and packaged maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Moreover, the World Health Organization has stated that the probability of contracting a virus through paper envelopes or cardboard is small. The human mucosa is needed for the viability of the virus!
To avoid direct contact, we transfer packages to courier in a contactless delivery. In case of doubt, we recommend that you wash your hands before and after the pick-up and unpacking of the goods. The companies delivering the goods also comply with all preventive measures to ensure your safety. We remind you that the parcel terminals are operating 24/7 and are regularly disinfected, so delivery of goods to the parcel terminal will remain one of the safest ways to buy goods. When shipping with UPS, customers are no longer required to sign for deliveries. Because of more stringent border control and queues in border sections, delays in shipments from Lithuania are possible.
User Registration and Payment
If you wish to save your user information and access your order history, you can opt to register on our website. However, the order can be made without registration. You will need to fill out all the information necessary for delivery.
The shipping cost can alter depending on which country your order is being delivered to. We deliver to countries within the EU. If you live outside of EU and wish to order our product, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All the payments are done via Paysera website. The payment options depend on your location. You could have an option to pay by credit/debit card, by logging in to your e-bank, by bank transfer, etc. If you don’t find an option that you can use or want to pay by direct transfer or via Paypal, contact us at email@example.com.
For selected regions, you can also choose COD payment (payment on delivery). For this type of payment, you must choose Omniva shipping method. You can pay by card at the Omniva parcel terminal or by cash/card if you select Omniva courier delivery.
You will receive an electronic order confirmation and once we receive the receipt of your payment the order will be processed.
Shipping and Delivery
As soon as we receive a receipt of your transaction we will process the order. We will deliver your purchased items in the shortest time possible. Delivery time also depends on the courier and we cannot be held responsible for the delays due to courier’s work.
We use parcel terminals to deliver the goods to Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. We strongly encourage you to select this shipping method as parcel delivery is more sustainable: many parcels are delivered to the same location, thus the routes can be planned more efficiently and less CO2 is emitted into the environment. With parcel terminal delivery, always check your phone number carefully. PINs for the parcel terminal are sent by SMS message to your phone. Please provide a phone number registered in the same country you are shipping to. If the phone number provided is incorrect, you will not be able to collect the parcel from the terminal.
We also offer courier services to deliver the goods to the address that you provide. Make sure that the delivery information provided is accurate, including your phone number and postal/zip code. Please provide a phone number registered in the same country you are shipping to. In case of errors in your shipping information we cannot be held responsible for delayed or failed delivery. For other EU countries besides Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia we use UPS courier delivery service.
We may offer free shipping with a certain purchase amount. This may differ by the country. Free delivery conditions may change at any time without prior notice.

Europe: 3-8 working days after the order is shipped

Returns and Exchanges
Cosmetics is the type of goods that cannot be returned under EU law if the product is not defective. However, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase after opening it (we hope not!), please contact us at email@example.com and we will try to find a solution.
