how to use?
how to use?
- The most common usage is evaporation. Aroma lamps and electric diffusers can be used for this purpose. The recommended amount is 3-5 drops of the prefered essential oil (or a blend of a few different oils). By evaporating essential oils with a diffuser you can improve the quality of the air and by using different oils it is possible to achieve a unique ambience each time.
• Produce a fragrant mist for your home – fill up a spray bottle with water and add 9-10 drops of your prefered essential oil. Shake the mixture well and proceed to spray it around your home, giving it a pleasant scent.
• Add a few drops of refreshing essential oil to the water while moping the floor or cleaning other surfaces. That way your home will smell of cleanliness.
• You can add a couple of drops of essential oil to your bathwater, thus enabling yourself to fully enjoy all of the heartwarming sensations of aromatherapy.

Aromatherapy is all about using essential oils to enhance your well-being and improve your quality of life
WHAT IS AROMATHERAPY?
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils for improving one’s quality of life.
Most people experience stress and various kinds of negative feelings throughout their life. The ways we deal with stress determine how it affects our well-being.
When we talk about stress, we usually mean psychological or emotional tension; however, stress is also a physical condition. Running a marathon, shift work, intensive manual labor, prolonged exposure to heat or cold, chronic pain, inadequate diet, and mineral or vitamin deficiencies are all examples of physical stress.
Aromatherapy can help relieve various symptoms of stress and do so in a natural way.

Are essential oils actually effective?
Are essential oils actually effective?
Essential oils can be effective for stress relief, relaxation, improved mood, minor pain relief, respiratory support, and skin care when used correctly. Their benefits are supported by research for short-term symptom relief, like using lavender for better sleep or tea tree for acne. However, they are not cure-alls and should complement, not replace, medical treatments. Their effectiveness depends on quality, proper use, and individual response. Always dilute them for topical use and use cautiously around children, pets, or during pregnancy to avoid irritation or toxicity. Choose high-quality oils for the best results.
Is inhaling essential oils safe?
Is inhaling essential oils safe?
Inhaling essential oils is generally safe when done properly, but it requires caution to avoid potential risks. Aromatherapy through inhalation can provide benefits like stress relief, improved mood, and respiratory support. However, overuse or exposure to highly concentrated oils can cause headaches, nausea, or respiratory irritation, especially for individuals with asthma, allergies, or sensitivities. Always use essential oils in well-ventilated spaces, limit exposure time, and avoid direct inhalation from the bottle. Diffusing oils or using them with a carrier (e.g., a bowl of warm water or a diffuser) is safer. If you’re pregnant, have health conditions, or are using them around children, consult a healthcare professional.
Are essential oils really pure?
Are essential oils really pure?
Not all essential oils are pure, and their quality can vary significantly. Pure essential oils should contain only the oil extracted from the plant, with no additives or fillers. To ensure purity, check the ingredients list on the label—reputable products will list only essential oils with no added carrier oils, synthetic fragrances, or other substances. If the label doesn't clearly state what's in the product or lists additional ingredients, it may not be pure.
